Zoom integration
Connect Zoom to your Kindryn community in under a minute.
Kindryn schedules meetings on your existing Zoom account, sends real iCal invites to RSVPed members, and routes joins through a per-click link so your raw Zoom URL never goes public.
Installation steps

Sign in to Kindryn
You need an existing Kindryn community where you are an OWNER or ADMIN. New here? Create an account, set up your community, then come back to this page.

Open admin → Integrations
In the admin sidebar, expand Integrations and click the page link. Scroll to the Video & meetings section.

Click "Connect Zoom"
Zoom's OAuth screen will appear. Sign in with the account that will host meetings and approve the requested scopes. Zoom redirects you back to Kindryn and the connected account appears under Video & meetings.

What gets connected
- Kindryn schedules meetings on your Zoom account via the standard Zoom API (
POST /users/{host}/meetings). - Members get real iCal calendar invites with a per-member join URL routed through Kindryn — no raw Zoom links circulate.
- Cloud recordings (if enabled on your Zoom plan) attach automatically to the event for later playback.
- Disconnecting an account revokes the OAuth tokens on Zoom's side and clears them from Kindryn. Historical events stay intact.
